How has working at Katz impacted your career?

This happens to be my second time around at Katz. My early years at Katz allowed me to hone my skills and develop my path towards business development. This experience gave me an opportunity to manage a team that focused solely on business development at Bloomberg. Coming back to Katz this time around has allowed me to marry the skills I learned from both experiences. |
What advice would you give women entering the workforce now?

Raise your hand and volunteer. Always be willing to go the extra mile and take on additional projects. Doing this gives you insight to all aspects of the company and will give the confidence to decide the direction you may choose to take for your future. |
