Lisa Chiljean Hubspot Lisa Chiljean is Director of Hispanic Strategy and Analytics for Katz Radio Group.  Like many of our women leaders, Lisa built her career at Katz finding a home for her many skills.  In addition to research, Lisa has also worked in the company's CIS division, expanding her skill set and broadening her knowledge.  Lisa is a sought-after industry specialist for her knowledge about the Hispanic consumer.

How has working at Katz impacted your career?

Katz has been my career. I started at Katz Radio as a Sales Assistant. I moved into Research after 2 years, and have been analyzing our radio stations ever since. Throughout my years here I've worked in the Spot Radio, Unwired Radio/Business Development, CIS and now KRG groups as Research Director. With each stop I've learned new skills that have helped my career and influenced me as a person.

What advice would you give women entering the workforce now?

Listening and learning can be just as valuable as speaking. Learn as much as you can in whatever job you are doing. You never know where those skills can take you.

Share a "fun fact" about yourself!

No one who's ever had a conversation with me would mistake me for anything but the native Long Islander that I am. But with a ton of family on the south shore of Massachusetts, I can do a wicked good "southie" accent.

Who or what is inspiring to you?

My sister. As a full-time working mother she can get more done in a day than I could ever hope to. And she's raising 2 of the best girls I've ever had the pleasure of calling my nieces.

What attribute or skill has helped you the most in your career?

My ability to adapt to a variety of situations and learn on the fly has been invaluable through each transition I've made.
