Sandra Reid is Manager of Office Services for Katz Media Group. Sandra Reid started out in the Accounting Department in Katz before transitioning to Facilities in 2008. She quickly excelled in the role and has had a huge impact on the team being able to help everyone with all of their needs. Katz is very grateful to have Sandra on our team.
How has working at Katz impacted your career?
I've worn a few hats here at Katz over the past 15 years. I actually started in the Accounting department and made the move to Facilities in 2008 which was a great transition, it was a challenging and fun experience since I had no knowledge of Facilities, what is great about this role is that I am able to do what I love the most which is interacting and ensuring that everyone's needs are taken care of. Being a caretaker is natural for me and I believe that when we spend most of our time at work we should be as happy and comfortable as possible.
What advice would you give women entering the workforce now?
The world has shifted so much and women are taking on more and more. My advice to women at any juncture of life is to know and believe in your value, avoid complacency, and always strive to do and be better. We surprise ourselves when we seemingly miraculously rise to the occasion.

Who or what is inspiring to you?
I am inspired by my daughter Christina who worked here at Katz on the 7th floor after she left college,she taught me that you don't have to climb the ladder one step at a time but that you can skip a few steps all the way to the top. She is my perfect example.
What attribute or skill has helped you the most in your career?
Having and giving respect and genuine compassion to everyone I meet.
Being transparent and kind in every interaction.
Remembering what it means to be human is paramount.
