Victoria Toth is a Vice President in Partnerships and Development for Katz Television in New York. Established in the media landscape for 15 years, Victoria has held top positions at Fox Sports, FX, Current TV and now Katz. Victoria is well respected with an indepth knowledge of all aspects of media.
How has working at Katz impacted your career?

Working for the Katz Partnerships team has given me the opportunity to work with people across all aspects of media, from traditional linear TV, to OTT publishers, DSPs, DMPs as well as measurement, attribution and advance television Ad tech companies. As our industry continues to evolves being able to learn and keep up with all of the changes has been an important part of my professional development. Katz has supported and given me the tools and resources to do this. |
What advice would you give women entering the workforce now?

Don't be afraid to ask questions. Never stop learning, a new skill, new tech, new points of view. Be willing to get your hands dirty and do the work. |
Share a "fun fact" about yourself?
|
I am a Bourbon collector and supporter of local distilleries. Currently with over 70+ bottles in my possession (yes this includes the Pappy Van Winkle collection). I always tour local distilleries when I travel. |
Who or what is inspiring to you?
|
My father.. for working multiple jobs to make sure my brother and I had the best schooling and opportunities to be successful. And for being the type of man to always go above and beyond to help other people. |
What attribute or skill has helped you the most in your career?
|
Tenacity. Having this quality has continuously pushed me to never give up or settle and constantly push for more in all aspects of my life. |
